Why should I use Radar Recruitment?

How do I register?

Click on the Register button and this will take you to a screen where you will have to complete your user info, personal information, qualifications, current employment, next job as well as attach a copy of your CV. 

Once I have registered what will happen?

Once you have registered you will receive an email from Radar Recruitment asking you to confirm your details and only when this is done are you an active candidate. The reason we do this is to prevent us being inundated with spam. 

What are the benefits of registering?

Once you are registered you will access the details of the numerous vacancies we have online. When you see a job that you are interested in you can apply and your application will automatically be sent to the consultant dealing with it. 

What happens once I have applied for a job?

Once you have sent your application the consultant will get back to you if your CV has been shortlisted for the job. 

I have applied for a job for which I thought I was ideal but I have not heard from Radar, what should I do?

If you do not hear from us it is likely that there were more suitable applications than yours. If you would like to talk to us about this, get in touch and we will arrange to meet you for a chat. 

How do I know my CV is safe with Radar Recruitment?

No CVs or personal details leave Radar Recruitment without your prior consent. Once we have identified you as a possible candidate for a job we will call you and arrange for you to come into our office to discuss your CV and the vacancy. We have a strict policy that no CV is sent to a client without a candidate’s permission.
