Main Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth by institutionalizing and leading capture planning process; identifying, assessing and prioritizing opportunities; building donor and partner relationship; developing protocols and guidance for new business; prospecting; filtering, sharing, and following up on critical information; overseeing Constituent Relationship Management, knowledge management and experience-harvesting processes; representing the organization externally; and making recommendation based on best business intelligence to executive management team.

Qualifications Advanced Degree in International Development, business, economics, political science or similar
Requirements The incumbent must have knowledge of how foreign governments, international multilateral financial institutions and bilateral aid organization and flexible with traveling.
IT Skills Computer Literate
Experience The qualified applicant must have 5 to 10 years experience in international development; 3 to 7 years experience working with USAID and other U.S state departments; capture planning and proposal development and must have senior management experience.
