The successful candidate has a veterinary degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a veterinary role, preferably at a slaughterhouse. Knowledge of FDTA and TBS regulations and standards is an advantage.Â
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a managerial roleÂ
* Ability to create a good relationship with stakeholders (beneficiaries, suppliers,consumers, government)
 * Ability to provide leadership to the staff
* Experience in forecasting and budgeting
 * Ability to establish and maintain policies and procedures around optimal hygiene |
