Radar launches the Radar Graduate Programme.  This is a training course for 50 final year BCom students from the University of Dar es Salaam.  The programme is for 18 weeks, every Saturday, and is focused on preparing these students for the workplace.  It consists of training in Business English (Intelligent Business), CV writing and interview skills as well as presentations from business leaders and each participant will receive a Longman Active Study Dictionary and Common Mistakes in English.
The students will be split into 10 groups of 5 and each student will be given one tertiary text book which they will share within the group.  This “mini library” concept is to help the students have access to books which in turn will help them get better results.
